Email & Calendar
How do I connect my email?

Go to Settings β Email and click "Connect Email Account." We support:
Gmail/Google Workspace: Sign in with Google (OAuth)
Outlook/Microsoft 365: Sign in with Microsoft (OAuth)
Your credentials are handled securely through OAuthβwe never see or store your password.
How do I connect my calendar?

Go to Settings β Calendar and connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Once connected, your events will sync automatically, and the AI can help with meeting prep and scheduling.
Which email providers do you support?

Currently we support Gmail (personal and Workspace) and Outlook (personal and Microsoft 365). IMAP support for other providers is coming soon.
Can Ordin send emails automatically?

No. Ordin's AI only creates drafts. You always review and approve before anything is sent. We believe in AI that assists, not AI that acts without your consent.

AI Features
How does the AI learn my writing style?

When you connect your email, Ordin analyzes your sent emails to understand your tone, vocabulary, and communication style. This lets the AI draft emails that sound like youβnot generic templates. You can also set explicit preferences in Settings β AI.
What can I ask the AI to do?

The Chat feature lets you ask things like:
"Draft a follow-up email to Sarah about the project"
"What meetings do I have tomorrow?"
"Create a task to review the contract by Friday"
"What did I discuss with John last month?"
"Summarize my unread emails"
What is the "Brain" feature?

Brain is Ordin's memory system. It remembers your contacts, past conversations, preferences, and contextβso the AI can give you personalized, relevant assistance. Think of it as giving your AI assistant a photographic memory of your professional life.
Is my data used to train AI models?

No, never. Your data is used only to personalize YOUR experience. We don't use customer data to train models, and we don't share it with third parties. Read more on our Security page.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow security best practices and are working toward SOC 2 compliance. See our Security page for full details.
Can I delete my data?

Yes. Go to Settings β Profile β Delete Account to permanently remove all your data. You can also export your data first. Deletion is irreversible and completed within 30 days.
Where is my data stored?

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Supabase) with servers in the EU and US. We comply with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations.
Do you sell my data?

Absolutely not. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Go to Settings β Billing and click "Upgrade." You can pay monthly or annually (save 20% with annual). We accept all major credit cards.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings β Billing. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support@withordin.com within 14 days of your first payment.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Yes! Our Team plan includes shared workspaces and admin controls. For enterprise needs (SSO, custom contracts, dedicated support), contact sales@withordin.com.

Troubleshooting
I can't connect my email. What should I do?
β
Try these steps:
Make sure you're using a supported provider (Gmail or Outlook)
Check that pop-ups aren't being blocked
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the account
If using Google Workspace, ask your admin to allow Ordin
Go to the forgot password page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check spam if you don't see it.
The app is running slowly. What can I do?

Try refreshing the page (Ctrl/Cmd + R). If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. We recommend Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
